The End of the Great British Fish Dish

With speakers from industry, science and government and a packed audience, the End of the Great British Fish Dish event seemed to go down very well.

Our audience discovered how fish stock size is estimated, what problems there are with current regulation of catch quotas, and what they should think about if they want to eat sustainable seafood.

The audience asked questions, discussed with speakers, saw specimens from behind the scenes at the Museum, voted on issues and did a taste test on some alternatives to the most popular fish.
